1. Statement of the company management

Alevia Healthcare s.r.o., founded on July 21, 2023, with its registered office at U továrne 1282/31a, Prague – Hostivař, is engaged in the manufacturing, filling, packaging and handling of dietary supplements.

The company is fully aware of its responsibility for the quality, safety and compliance of the services provided with the requirements of customers as well as with the legislation of the Czech Republic and the European Union.

The company has implemented and maintains a quality management system in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard and the principles of HACCP.

2. Commitment to comply with legislative requirements with an emphasis on product quality

The company undertakes to comply with all applicable legal and other requirements relating to its activities, particularly in the field of production, packing and marketing of dietary supplements.

Emphasis is placed primarily on ensuring high product quality and safety at all stages of the process – from the selection and approval of suppliers, through the receipt and inspection of raw materials, production, packaging and distribution to the end customer.

The company actively monitors legislative changes and ensures their timely implementation into its processes and documentation. It also ensures that all products meet the requirements for health safety, correct labeling, and accurate declaration of composition.

Quality is managed systematically through an established quality management system that includes control mechanisms, risk management, and continuous process improvement.
